<p>For the most part it was right on. There were a few inaccuracies (dairy  for weight loss, soy is fattening etc) but overall I think the  nutritional information was spot on and a welcome relief to a lot of the  rubbish you find in many diet and weight loss books.</p>
<p>The real strength of Truth about Abs is the exercise and fitness  section. Mike Geary knows his stuff when it comes to developing a pair  of six packs in the shortest time possible using a few simple and  effective routines. While I think the Truth About Abs strength is the  exercise and fitness section it also points to a weakness. While the <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.healthmindset.com/thetruthaboutabs">Truth About Abs </a>has  a simple meal plan outline, there are no recipes for you to follow his  plan in a straight forward way at home. So while the information is  sound, Mike leaves it up to you as far as implementing his dietary  information.</p>

<p>The author has advised readers to take small meal portions every three hours, and has deviated from the usual breakfast, lunch and dinner norm.
